Using Web 2.0 Tools to Differentiate Student Assessment

The web tool that I chose that aligns with differentiation and student assessment is GoAnimate.
Here students are able to create their own animated videos.

I am sure that most of us have seen a cooking show on TV. A fun, different activity for students in a Food and Nutrition class would be for the students to create their own cooking animated video. Students would need to practice the cooking skills themselves and be able to provide detailed steps and recipes for the video to follow.
